Bio

Coach Shaffer begins her first year as the Head Coach of the Women’s Volleyball program, bringing a strong background in the sport. A standout athlete at Baldwinsville High School, she helped lead her team to two sectional titles, two regional championships, a state runner-up finish, and a New York State Championship.

She continued her playing career at Onondaga Community College, where she further developed her understanding of the game at the collegiate level. Following her playing career, Shaffer transitioned into coaching, gaining valuable experience at the high school level.

With a deep knowledge of the sport and a passion for player development, Shaffer is committed to building a competitive and disciplined program while fostering growth both on and off the court at Cayuga Community College.

Erica resides in Phoenix, NY, with her husband and son.
