Despite playing their best offensive half of the season and taking a 39-38 lead into the locker room the Lady Spartans were unable to hold on and dropped a 77-56 decision at Broome Community College. Maxine Williams (Jamestown, NY) led the Spartans with 22 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 assists. Breanne Becker (Lusby, MD) scored 11 points and had 6 rebounds, while Shaqueria Everson scored 8 points and had 8 rebounds. The Spartans are back in action Saturday January 17th when they play host to Fingerlakes C.C. at 1 p.m.
