Lady Spartans End Season With A Heartbreaker

The Cayuga Lady Spartans finished the season with yet another heartbreaking loss dropping a 65-61 decision to Schenectady C.C. on senior night at Cayuga.  The Spartans who led through much of the game were led by Tyresha Mathis who scored 16 points and pulled down 18 rebounds, Ali Short scored 15 points and Briana Seda scored 12 points.  Jasmine Parker also scored 8 points and pulled down 9 rebounds.  Cayuga finishes the season with an 8-20 record.  Six seniors along with their families were honored before the game; they were Ali Short, Briana Seda, Shanika McMullen, Melana Ott, Arezaya Barnes, and Jasmine Parker.
