Lady Spartans Lose a Tough one on the Road

The Cayuga Lady Spartans went on the road to play the 2nd place team in the conference Corning C.C. and came away with another heartbreaking loss 62-60.  Cayuga lead for almost 3 quarters of the game but was unable to hold on.  Miranda Charlton led the Spartans with 16 points and 12 rebounds, Ali Short scored 15 points and Tyresha Mathis scored 13 points and had a team high 21 rebounds.  Cayuga plays its next game on Saturday when it hosts Herkimer C.C.
