Lady Spartans Endure Tough Loss

The Lady Spartans played their best game of the young season but lost in heartbreaking fashion when an undefeated Alfred State team hit a three pointer with 12 seconds left in the game to take a 1 point lead.  After a Cayuga turnover Alfred State hit 2 free throws with 1 second left to win 67-64.  Briana Seda scored a game high 26 points and had 5 steals.  China Agnew scored 13 points and Danyelle Foster scored 9 points and pulled down a team high 18 rebounds.  The Spartans drop to 0-4 on the season and next have a rematch with an undefeated Fulton Montgomery team in the TC4 tournament on 11/12/11.
