A 15-save day for goalie Scott Blauvelt (Auburn, NY) was not enough to keep the Spartans alive as they lost to Hudson Valley Community College 17-2. One tally for Josh Brown (Auburn, NY) with an assist from Anthony Irizarry (Middletown, NY) and a goal by Lucas Beauchamp (Parish, NY) were the only goals Cayuga scored. Hudson Valley played tremendous defense which kept Cayuga from finding the back of the net. Cayuga travels next to Finger Lakes this Wednesday.
